Personal Profile
I am a strategic designer, specialised in supporting organisations to innovate their activities, products and services, by applying planet and human centric practices.
I worked for several years at BIP, where I had the opportunity to support companies from different industries to solve various kinds of complexities through the application of collaborative approaches such as Human-Centered Research, Service Design, Strategic Design and Design Thinking.
Currently, I am embarked on a path as an independent consultant, collaborating with consulting firms and design collectives, to support public and private organisations transition towards generating positive impact in the systems they operate in.
The focus of my work is to apply design to understand, reflect and act on social and ecological challenges we face as workers, customers, citizens, individuals, biological organisms.

Specializations
During my specialization in Service Design for Systemic Change, I gained a deep understanding of how strategic design can be used to align business strategies with broader goals related to social impact and support organizations' transition towards a regenerative business model. Throughout the program, I had the opportunity to actively collaborate with various organizations and international entities focused on service design, speculative design, systemic design, and sustainability practices. This hands-on experience allowed me to develop practical skills in using tools, approaches, and strategies aimed at mapping experiences, services, and systems, as well as evaluating the generated impact. I am capable of applying these skills to drive the transformation of organizations towards more sustainable and socially beneficial models.
During my specialization in Service Design, I had the opportunity to delve deep into the method through the latest practices and trends in the field, with a specific focus on the transition towards sustainable models. Throughout this journey, I gained a solid understanding of the fundamental principles of Service Design and developed the ability to apply these principles in designing innovative and sustainable services.
A significant moment in my academic journey was when I collaborated with Polestar in designing new services in the V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) domain. This collaboration allowed me to put my acquired skills into practice and gain new competencies in designing services for sustainable mobility.
During my specialization in People-Centred Research, I had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge of the main methodologies of design research, both from a theoretical and practical standpoint. In addition, I collaborated on a project with the United Nations aimed at applying these methodologies to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. The specific focus of my work was conducting field research on sleep and its perceived importance.
Through this experience, I gained a strong understanding of the importance of designing research methodologies that are centered around people and their needs, desires, and aspirations. This experience allowed me to develop a broad set of skills and competencies in conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting findings to different stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
My MSc in International Business and Economics has provided me with an in-depth understanding of the key issues related to management and innovation.
My focus throughout the program was on business modeling and creating value propositions for customers.
In addition to my core studies, I also delved into macroeconomic issues such as global and development economics. For my thesis, I focused on the development of smallholder farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa, exploring how innovative business models and technology could be leveraged to enhance their economic and social well-being.
Throughout my studies, I developed a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of business and strong awareness of the importance of sustainability and how it can be integrated into business models to drive growth and social impact.
