Dynamo stakeholders engagement
Outcome
Together with my BIP team, we organized a collaborative digital session in which, through various facilitated transitions, we engaged participants in filling out the social impact wheel, a useful tool for defining their perception of Dynamo's contribution to achieve the United Nations Social Development Goals. Based on this exercise, we engaged participants in a dialogue that allowed them to identify areas on which Dynamo should focus more on both in terms of communication of existing activities/initiatives and in terms of new possible initiatives/projects/partnerships to increase the organization's positive impact on society.
Dynamo was looking for new ways to engage internal and external stakeholders (patients, families, doctors, volunteers, etc.) in a discussion aimed at better understanding their expectations and perceptions of the impact generated by the organization through its strategic activities. The need was to create an interactive moment to validate some results obtained through a survey that would have been included in the social report, collect new ideas for future initiatives, and gain insights to improve communication with different stakeholders.
